Clinical Education Specialist

We are looking for a passionate healthcare professional to join our Medical Solutions team as a Clinical Education Specialist, supporting healthcare providers across Southeast Mexico through education, clinical expertise, and customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will serve as the clinical expert and trusted partner for healthcare professionals, delivering educational programs and promoting evidence-based practices related to Essity's product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with Sales teams to support customer growth, generate demand, and improve patient outcomes across public and private healthcare institutions.

What You Will Do

• Deliver engaging clinical education programs, workshops, presentations, and product trainings both virtually and in person.
• Support Sales teams before, during, and after the sales process by providing clinical expertise and customer education.
• Develop and implement educational activities that generate demand and support business growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, nurses, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
• Assist customers with clinical and technical product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers to identify the right solutions for the right patients, focusing on improved patient outcomes.
• Support the development of clinical protocols, case studies, and evidence-based educational materials.
• Participate in industry congresses, educational events, and professional forums.
• Stay current on wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, and best clinical practices to provide expert guidance.

Who You Are

• Healthcare professional with a degree in Nursing, Medicine, or another related Health Sciences field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical education, wound care, medical devices, healthcare training, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of wound care management; experience in compression therapy and orthopedics is highly valued.
• Experience delivering presentations, educational programs, and clinical trainings to healthcare audiences.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support demand generation and collaborate effectively with Sales teams.
• Experience interacting with both public and private healthcare institutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation tools.
