Job Description
About the Role WITHIN is looking for an Email Designer to join our Lifecycle team. In this role, you'll create compelling, on-brand email experiences that help our clients engage customers and drive measurable business results.
You'll be responsible for translating campaign strategies, creative briefs, and brand guidelines into polished email designs across a variety of lifecycle touchpoints—from promotional campaigns and product launches to automated journeys and retention programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with an understanding of how people engage with content in the inbox. You're comfortable working across multiple brands, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and developers, and designing within the unique constraints and best practices of email.
