About the Role:

Printers3 is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY! In this role, you'll play a critical part in our production workflow by delivering accurate estimates and managing order entry with precision. Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for print jobs based on client specifications and production requirements
• Manage order entry processes, ensuring all job details are correctly captured and communicated
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth job flow
• Review and interpret client requests, artwork, and print specs to determine pricing
• Maintain and update estimating databases and pricing structures
• Communicate estimates and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in print estimating and order entry is required
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and industry terminology
• Proficiency with estimating software and order management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
