Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Full-Cycle Searches from the initial client consultation through to final close.
• Act as a Trusted Client Partner, comprehending their hiring necessities, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, along with your existing network and innovative communication platforms.
• Utilize Our Advanced Platform to manage candidates, keep track of outreach initiatives, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure long-term benefits for clients while maximizing your commission potential.
• Contribute to Our Brand's Thought Leadership as we elevate our image — and yours.

Your Profile

• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or consultative sales setting

• Comfortable utilizing ATS/CRM platforms (training will be available on ours)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a sustainable long-term career
