Accounts Payable ClerkWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will prepare and reconcile financial transactions, process and verify high-volume accounts payable invoices, and execute accurate and timely payments while maintaining organized tracking and reporting systems. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.Essential FunctionsProcess high-volume accounts payable invoices, including detailed data entry and verification for accuracy and proper coding.Work with external and internal customers to obtain invoices, purchase orders, and statements, while maintaining strong vendor relationships.Reconcile statements and prepare monthly accruals.Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation purposes.Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Other duties as assigned by management.Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderStrong attention to detail.Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.CompensationCompetitive salary starting at $22-$26/hour commensurate with experience.Physical DemandsAbility to lift/move/maneuver up to 75 lbs.Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.Ability to work in all weather conditions.Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/coldLegends GlobalLegends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands.
