This role involves reading and interpreting construction drawings to create accurate shop, coordination, and fabrication spool drawings using 3D modeling software.Key Responsibilities:3D Modeling & Detailing: Layout mechanical and plumbing piping systems in 3D and generate spool, installation, and support drawings.BIM & Trade Coordination: Coordinate piping layouts with other construction trades using Navisworks to perform clash detection and resolution.Field & Project Support: Review project drawings/specifications, assist plumbers and project managers, perform field surveys for renovation work, and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education/Experience: Associate degree in design/drafting (or equivalent hands-on experience) with a strong understanding of commercial mechanical piping, plumbing systems, and structural steel construction.Software Tools: Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks, Trimble, Microsoft Office, and related 3D detailing software. xhyhwjd Key Competencies: Excellent blueprint reading skills, strong time management, detail orientation, and the ability to manage workloads to meet tight project deadlines.
