Job Description

Loader Operator We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. ### Job Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment as needed. - Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other personnel. - Assist with general labor and other duties as needed. - Work extended hours and maintain a consistent attendance record. ### Requirements - Previous loader or heavy equipment operating experience preferred. - Strong English communication skills are required. - Bilingual candidates are preferred. - Valid driver's license required. - Reliable transportation/vehicle required. - Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. - Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. - Ability to work approximately 60 hours per week . - Must be safety-minded and able to follow directions. ### What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, communicates well, and is willing to put in the hours necessary to get the job done safely and efficiently.
