Specialized Experience: Performing national security risk analysis applicable to the assessment of risk arising from foreign investments in the United States; Developing risk mitigation strategies; Developing compliance monitoring strategies; and Supporting policy development and decision making for senior leadership. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level. All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
