The Legal Assistant will have 1 plus years' administrative/legal experience with strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to details and being a self-started are also important for success in this position.

We've been around for over 20 years! Legal Assistant Responsibilities include: Preparing files for legal production. Filing documents with courts. Tracking and updating Q-Law files, our system of record. Producing legal pleadings and ensuring specific state law requirements are followed. Case investigation with courts; dismissals, case number inquiries, etc. Creating, printing, notarizing, sorting, and mailing documents. Assisting Attorneys and working with clerks of court. Various other filing projects and document preparation. Performing other related duties as assigned. Organizing and tracking files Legal Assistant Skills Skills will include: Previous experience assisting attorneys. Familiarity with civil legal procedures, protocols, and court systems. Intermediate skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong problem-solving skills and able to streamline projects to improve processes. Demonstrated and consistent follow-through skills.
